Josie Davis is an American actress, writer, and producer whose career has spanned decades across film, television, and stage. A Hollywood native, she began acting at just three years old and rose to prominence as Sarah Powell on the hit sitcom Charles in Charge, appearing in 104 episodes, earning her a Youth in Film Award.

Josie went on to establish an extensive career in television and film, including series regular roles on Beverly Hills 90210 and Titans, a recurring role on CSI: NY, and appearances on NCIS, Hawaii Five-0, and many more. She also appeared in the famous Christmas episode of Two and a Half Men, which USA Today named a "must-see." Her extensive work with Lifetime has earned her a Lifetime Achievement Award as well as an award for her performance in Backstabbed, with the network even dedicating "Josie Davis Marathon Movie Weekends" to her films.

Josie became a Lifetime Member of The Actors Studio, after auditioning for Mark Rydell, Shelly Winters, Barbara Bain, and the late Martin Landau. Josie has worked alongside acclaimed actors and filmmakers throughout her career, including Nicolas Cage in his directorial debut, Sonny. Her work spans television, independent and feature films, stage, and an extensive collection of television movies.

Beyond acting, Josie is a writer, producer, and host of her podcast, Success Road, where she speaks with accomplished guests about the paths they took to achieve success. She is currently writing her memoir and is a passionate advocate for animal welfare, supporting rescue organizations and using her platform to speak out against animal cruelty.
